This was my first home buying experience and Julie was awesome to work with. She was always available to contact if I had an questions and was a huge help in teaching me about real estate. She was always able to explain things concisely and made sure I knew what each house offered both in terms of contract negotiations and the house itself. She will look out for your best interests in negotiations but will also give you a realistic view on what it will take to purchase the house. She was willing to work with me when I was shopping around for mortgage lenders even when I got a later offer and decided to switch. She followed up on the whole process and made sure I didn’t let anything I needed to do fall through, and she of course was always on top of her game and anything she needed to accomplish. On top of all that she is a nice and friendly person who makes you feel comfortable and welcomes any questions. I could not recommend someone more!
