Some of Julie’s favorite clients are Sarah and Brad. In 2021, they decided they needed a change. The best thing for their family was to stay in Mt Pleasant, but live in a different home. So they geared up for an adventure in the height of the real estate market!
Their home at Tradewind was beautiful, and Julie knew it would sell quickly. The trick was in timing everything just right to land them their dream home. Sarah and Brad started off looking at new construction, which wasn’t going to work out due to labor and material shortages impacting the entire industry and causing serious delays. So then Julie changed strategy, beginning the hard part: finding a home and getting it under contract amidst multiple offers.
When Sarah walked into what was to become their current home, she knew it was the one. It was in great condition, with enough room for frequent family visitors and a pool! But when it came time to put in an offer, Sarah and Brad were up against several others.
With Julie’s guidance and real estate expertise, they were able to beat out the other offers. The icing on the cake? Julie was able to negotiate with the seller to accept her clients’ home to sell contingency and time it so that Sarah and Brad didn’t have to find temporary housing. It was a win-win and now they are in their dream home!
