Meet Julie

Julie Hallman has called Charleston home for the past 20 years. In 2010, Julie and her husband Todd purchased a home in the Woodland Shores area. Having saved for many years to buy their beloved home on James Island, Julie was struck by the massive impact that property ownership has on day-to-day life by providing people with financial and emotional stability. This realization pushed Julie to transition into a career in real estate so that she could help others to feel secure and put down their own roots by becoming homeowners in the Charleston area.

In 2017, Julie obtained her real estate license, and after joining a successful team at a local realty agency she quickly earned the designation of Realtor. Because Julie strongly believes that homeownership should be within reach for all, she uses her skills of negotiating, communicating, and collaborating to make the home buying process as seamless as possible for every client. With the help of her agency, Julie has built a strong business and is currently in the top 100 producers of all local real estate agents.
